You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Custom, limited edition, or special-order pieces (such as Crush Diamonds or VVS Stones) are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions to ship the product back safely.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email or message.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Want to swap for another color or style? No problem!
You can exchange your pair for another option — whether it’s White Buff, Gold, Hennessy Tint, or one of our Newest releases — once your original item is returned.
If your glasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace your item at no additional cost.
