2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 11:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
4. Transit Time
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
All orders are shipped via DHL, our trusted delivery partner.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we may not be able to modify or cancel your shipment as processing will have already begun.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, unforeseen factors such as weather, customs, or courier delays may occasionally affect transit times. All White Buffs is not responsible for delays once your package is in transit with DHL.
